– Cold-called companies to offer advertising services on AmCham Publications and Events.
– Prepared and designed promotion materials for events by AmCham Hanoi.

Recognition and Gains:
– Became 1 in 150 students across the country selected for the first-time-ever training program that aims the cultivate the next generation of young Vietnamese leaders.
–Trained by Unilever HR Department and worked out to build Employer Branding Project.
VICE PRESIDENT OF SOCIAL PROJECT AND GLOBAL VOLUNTEER | AIESEC IN NEU ( AIESEC IN VIETNAM)

–Managed a team of 6 Middle-managers and 29 members in 1 year to deliver leadership experience and culture-exchange service to 10 -18 International exchange participants and 90-100 Vietnamese students through 2 Social Projects.
–Built strategy (innovating project, recruiting interns, developing members) to operate function in 1 year and with the Executive Board built strategy for the Local Chapter, achieved 3 National awards.
–Delivered training and coaching to develop leadership potentials in AIESEC members.
–Motivated 80% members to apply for Leadership positions.
